Terms and Conditions for Services

Effective Date: Upon purchase of services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of hypnotherapy, creative coaching, culinary health education consulting, yoga, and other agreed upon services ("Services") provided by Jenna Borrelli Life LLC ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").

By booking or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider offers hypnotherapy, creative coaching, culinary health education consulting, and yoga services designed to support personal development, creative growth, wellness, and goal achievement. Services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, and related support materials.

Important Notice: The Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hypnotherapy and coaching are not licensed medical or mental health services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact your physician or emergency services immediately.

2. Session Attendance and Punctuality

2.1 Arrival Time

Clients must arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled session start time. This ensures the full session time can be utilized effectively.

2.2 Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

If a Client arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be considered canceled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. The Client will forfeit the session fee.

One-Time Reschedule for Late Show: Each Client is permitted one courtesy reschedule for a late arrival (after the 10-minute window) or no-show for the duration of the entire coaching agreement. This one-time courtesy applies across all sessions, not per individual session. After this single courtesy reschedule has been used, any subsequent late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session with no option to reschedule and a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost will be charged.

2.3 Shortened Sessions

If a Client arrives late but within the 10-minute window, the session will proceed but will end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies, and no refund will be issued for the reduced session time.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All sessions must be booked in advance through the Service Provider’s designated booking system or by mutual agreement. A booking is confirmed once payment is received or a booking confirmation is sent by the Service Provider.

3.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the session.

3.3 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee and a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session cost. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

3.4 Emergency Cancellations

In the event of a genuine emergency (such as sudden illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances), the Client may request to reschedule their session. All emergency cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email as soon as reasonably possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to assess each emergency situation on a case-by-case basis and may charge a late cancellation fee at its discretion. Emergency cancellations do not guarantee automatic rescheduling without fees.

3.5 Cancellation by Service Provider

The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms
